Pros

I worked with several exceptional people in my time at Atlantis. Fortunately, they don't like being kicked around either and all left.

Cons

High stress in the wrong way. They will lie to you to get you in the door. They pretend to have their employees best interest at heart, but that's entirely untrue. All these nice reviews are because management begs those who have drank the Kool-Aid to write glowing reviews. I was mislead as to the nature of the job, hours, level of compensation, opportunities for vertical mobility, and company culture. I could go on, but if you're one of the many talented people they recruit aggressively, please work somewhere else because you're overqualified for this job.

Impactful Work: Working at Atlantis allows me to make a meaningful impact by contributing to programs that positively influence individuals' lives. Innovative Approach: The organization encourages innovation and creative thinking, creating an environment where fresh ideas are not only welcomed but celebrated. Supportive Leadership: The leadership team is approachable, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in the well-being and success of their employees.

Pros

Despite being a remote job, our team is closer than most other in-person jobs I've worked. There's an overflowing amount of support from both the management and coworkers and we are in constant communication with each other throughout the day. I've never once felt timid to share my thoughts or ask questions. We're just a big family that all share a passion for helping students reach their career goals. It's not only a fulfilling job but also a rewarding one. Your schedule can also be very flexible.

Cons

Working at home alone can be challenging as I am very extroverted.
