Great Learning Experience - Anonymous employee Atlantic Solutions Employee Review

People are awesome and I enjoyed working with them very much. Unfortunately, I had to leave because of unexpected change of circumstances and move out of state but I'm looking for one of their office so I can apply and get into it again. What I loved is that if I put in the work I earn exactly what I deserve! Taught me discipline and hard work. Managing oneself can be the biggest challenge but they train you very well to understand exactly how you could become a successful business owner in the future and make lots of money with Fortune 500 companies!

-Working long hours, but when you start seeing why they work long hours then you'll understand why. -They need to explain better the growth opportunity because it's great but they get picky with who they hire because they look for hard working people that are looking to grow themselves.

You get a lot of exercise walking from door to door every day you come into work. Most of the staff is friendly to your face. You also become better at managing yourself.

They require you to spend several hours in the office every day doing office work and training new hires but they do not pay you for the work you do. They do not pay for training or compensate you for the additional hundreds of miles you drive going out into the field each week. The owners put no value into their employees. They use scare tactics to get people to work harder now by promising them the world but they never live up to their promises. They disregard the law on a continual basis by instructing their employees to lie to customers, withholding pay rightfully earned by their employees, and the list goes on...
