      Ability to own and develop the role in the direction you know it should go in. Business Managers are open and receptive to new ideas and strategies Great on the job training by recruiters that have exceptional experience of their industry segments

      They don't all share in the tea making !! None really

      Pros

      Fantastic Leadership and a great place to come and work . I joined two years ago and have learnt so much since joining . Utilizing the other members of staffs advise has helped me become a better Consultant .
