      Money is great, people are friendly ,

      Cons

      Work is all contract so can be very on and off. Own tools needed , some PPE that are supplied are not worth having .

      Great team, always something new every day. Involved in really cool engineering projects in Power Generation.

      Cons

      The work conditions are not excellent as you are on-site, moving from site to site can be unappealing for some.

      Offer the opportunity to come into work early and leave at 4:30, good relationships with other colleges and very supportive

      Cons

      Dusty offices due to it being on a building site, high staff turnover
