Pros
when starting, you accrue 8 hours of PTO every two weeks plus extra sick leave. Hopefully, if you work in a good environment, taking said PTO is encouraged.
Cons
Holidays are taken out of PTO. If you work outpatient and the office is closed for a holiday, you are forced to take PTO even if you don't celebrate the holiday.
