      Good Benefits. Coworkers are great kinda stuck with a low level job

      Cons

      Don't see what workers are capable of they just want someone who has little experience to work as a manager. Also need billing and auth specialists in office if they want to keep changing things.

      Excellent health insurance if you see Atlantic Health providers. Resources available for LOA, allow for mental health days.

      Cons

      Expected to cover at multiple locations. Unpredictable schedule. PTO blackout dates fill up very fast and several months in advance.
