Pros
Encourages growth and advancement - pays for all industry related courses and certifications. Always busy - Overtime almost always available. Positive changes have been made over the past 2 years that have improved the overall flow of work and communication between staff and management. Ownership is fair and willing to accept input and make changes based on the same.
Cons
Staff changes a couple years ago could have done more smoothly, there was a short transition period that left field staff confused and concerned. That has since been worked out and the changes turned out for the best.
