I really don't have and cons.

You can pick and choose your own schedule, the money is decent, the people are mostly always new so you don’t typically work with the same people everyday and it’s an app. Can’t make it much more simple than that!

Sometimes the app messes up and you can’t clock in or out. Try to call to talk to someone, but only once in a blue moon does anyone reach out or answer ESP over the phone. Seems they prefer to email but only when they have something to actually say. Barely get any responses back when I reach out is what I am getting at. Where did all the work go? Feels like I had to take a step away for a couple months for schooling and now no work will be sent my way anymore on the app?! I guess it could be due to actually not having work but I know it had nothing to do with my work bc I had many people want me to work for them or recommend me for other jobs. I’m just disappointed bc before when I was constantly working there was a ton of different jobs available with numerous different work hours and now there’s nada my way 🤯
