      I think management is 100% here to help their employees find, jobs and opportunities for future careers. They care about helping their staff develop not just money and numbers.

      Pay is all commission not salary.

      Not as many shows throughout the year, which means less opportunities to work.

      Get to travel to all the shows, fun selling clothes, meeting people/experience

      Cons

      Long hours, temporary associates already don’t get paid too much and then the agency takes a good chunk of your pay
