      Excellent CEO who no longer works for the company. The company is now run by an executive from Clark Construction, the parent company.

      Cons

      Not a meritocracy. The culture is extremely different between the regional offices and many offices don't work well together.

      It was a very good place to start your career. Atkinson has some experienced employees in the workplace. You can learn a lot if you want to.
