      Pros

      Chris in IT is great. Always helpful if your computer has problems. Many would add "Pizza Fridays" but I could care less about pizza.

      Cons

      Office culture is deplorable. Lots of backstabbing and gossipy women. HR is a joke, but it is a joke at most law firms. HR works for the attorneys and doesn't care about the staff. 8 hour days and the money falls behind the curve.

      Low pay, marketing expectations without getting any billable credit, unclear compensation structure, origination structure causes competition between attorneys
