- Manager positions don't respect your time schedule. In fact, you overwork and they don't let you write down the extra hours in the system so as to pretend that you're just working the 8-hour "legal" policy. - Micro management: You don't have flexibility to work with your methodology or with your personal preferences. If you don't follow the upper manager style or working philosophy, you don't have the company's "cultural fit" and they fire you. - Upper management has "gas" as a working value, but truth is that it's just about pushing your mental health to the limits by making you doubt about yourself and not letting you move forward. - They don't care about the employee's potential or career. They know that the staff will leave in less than a year. They prefer having monthly rotations rather than treating the team with care. You're just merely a number. - Very low salaries in exchange of crazy working schedules and tasks that they're not in the job description. - Unfair dismissals without previous notifications and false statements, but again, since you're just a number they prefer to hire a different one.

A very exciting project for many reasons. If I had to pick 3: - The exploration mode: don't think too much, try, assess, change and try again. - The challenge: to keep the space like home - as it was in the beginning for many coworkers - on a larger scale. - The motivation of the team and the supportive environment. We are all in at any time, even when we have to help each other.

You need to feel comfortable in a startup environment. At Aticco that means being autonomous, hard worker and hands on.
