Pros
The office is very laid back and employees are able to make their own schedules within reason. Opportunity to work remotely is given - up to one week out of the month. Very hands on training and Management puts a lot of time and development into the staff so they can succeed fully. Consultants are aggressively marketed and paid very strong rates for their skills. Small perks like food/coffee/snacks are always given.
Cons
With the IT staffing business, it can be very difficult to keep positive when submitted candidates don't get selected and when research and effort ends up going wasted with a dead lead but that's how the business is. On the consultant side, sometimes there is a lack of going over interview skills and other pointers needed to do better in interviews.
