Pros

- A variety of projects that solve challenging but interesting enterprise problems - Every designer gets to directly communicate and present design work with the client executives - Lots of opportunities to explore other areas of design such as visual, motion, content strategy, research, etc. - Minimal supervision or requirements from the managerial roles - Remote working

Cons

- Sometimes clients can be difficult. Designers need to know how to defend the design, but at the same time, maintain a good relationship and take client's business needs and constraints into consideration - Remote working can be lonely sometimes

Pros

Athlon operates with a relatively flat structure, the design leaders are supportive and share their process and thinking. They are big on collaboration, have a supportive culture, and spend time connecting as people.

Cons

Athlon is distributed and committed to a Work from Anywhere policy. Building human relationships with peers is more of a challenge because we are not all in the same office.

Pros

I met a lot of talented people who were hard workers and made the project to be great from all phases. The company is very supportive when you need help. Constantly driving the innovation and leading user-centric design in the projects. Great place to learn if you are junior designer. Talented people are really into their work. That makes great work at the end. Amazing talent across a wide-range of work in designers, PMs, clients partners and directors. Great vibe in the office. Highly recommend to work here and do the great work.

Cons

Work for different time zone could be challenging and makes it hard to build a strong team connection.
