Pros

Some of the patients were a joy to work with, and I found the clinical aspects of the job rewarding despite the challenges. A few coworkers were supportive and genuinely cared about patient care.

Cons

Terrible Management: The leadership was completely disorganized and unresponsive. Despite bringing up several safety concerns regarding patient care, management did little to address them, which created an unsafe and stressful work environment. Understaffed and Overworked: The department was severely understaffed, forcing techs to handle way more patients than was reasonable. This led to burnout and constant stress. It was nearly impossible to provide quality care given the workload and lack of support. Toxic Work Culture: The atmosphere was tense and toxic. There was little to no collaboration among staff, and the lack of morale was noticeable. Many of my coworkers were unhappy, and turnover was incredibly high. Outdated Equipment and Supplies: Essential equipment was either broken or outdated, and necessary supplies were frequently unavailable, which made performing daily tasks frustrating. No Room for Growth: There were no clear opportunities for professional development or career growth. Management didn’t care about employee progression, and there was little incentive to stay with the company long-term.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

Pros

Having a good clinic with good colleagues and management will make this job feel great! The jobs aren't super hard, and the patients are very entertaining and sweet.

Cons

Bad management/colleagues or a horrendously busy schedule can break the entire experience.
