      Pay is not competitive Raises are minimal Incentives aren't worth the effort you have to put in to get them and they keep moving the goal post to make it even harder to earn Heavy caseloads and high burnout Poorly trained support staff More importance placed on the number of patients you see than how well you are treating them

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      A few coworkers made the place tolerable.

      Cons

      4 CEOs in 5 years, yikes. Round after round of mass layoffs, millions of dollars in the red. Horrible company culture, pay and benefits. Current CEO rating speaks for itself. This company is a sinking ship.
