      - Have a great manager - Team working environment - Flexible hours - Therapists were helpful during grad school application process

      - If you are more skilled than others and have been with the company for a while, you still get paid minimum wage.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
