      They have an easy documentation system to use

      Cons

      If your caseload is down they expect you to do marketing. Difficult to do marketing as the hospitals have their own therapy

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
