Pros

the patients and the time spent working with them

Cons

I was not trained to succeed at my position and management was unreceptive to my needs and asks for more support. The company does not pay non-PTs enough and depends heavily on those people in an exploitative way. It's not an inclusive environment on so many levels and my identities made me feel ostracized by my coworkers, which played a huge role in my inability to succeed. Its sad that this company prides themselves on being inclusive when they really aren't.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

Pros

Having a good clinic with good colleagues and management will make this job feel great! The jobs aren't super hard, and the patients are very entertaining and sweet.

Cons

Bad management/colleagues or a horrendously busy schedule can break the entire experience.
