Pros

- If you like your team/coworkers, its good...like any job, culture helps! - Merit raises based on clinic performance (very small though) - Good if you want experience and to potentially move up in healthcare industry - Accrued PTO and sick days. 40 hours carry over.

Cons

- a lot of work and stress per the pay. - depending on your team size, you may be responsible for way more than you sign up for.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
