Pros
The atmosphere is often laid back thanks to the staff. The staff is professional and cares about the patients just as much as anyone else.
Cons
Only speaking from the perspective of an aide at one particular clinic, I was expected to do more than someone for the paid should ever be expected to do. Responsibilities included answering phones, scheduling patients, cleaning/laundry, verifying patient benefits with insurance companies, assisting patients with exercise and more. Often times I was doing all of this at the same time.
