      Pros

      I loved working for Athletico! They were very hands on with my training and never once made me feel bad for messing up. Everyone was super collaborative and the environment really made it feel like a second family.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of was that it was busy (not their fault obviously) but because it was super busy, the training person felt rushed. Not sure if that's a con though. It helped/made me learn things at a faster pace.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      Pros

      A few coworkers made the place tolerable.

      Cons

      4 CEOs in 5 years, yikes. Round after round of mass layoffs, millions of dollars in the red. Horrible company culture, pay and benefits. Current CEO rating speaks for itself. This company is a sinking ship.
