      - learn a lot about PT, Health Insurance, and get clinical experience - get to meet and help people in the community

      Cons

      - training process is practically non-existent - work experience relies heavily on the type of manager - underpaid for the amount of work/responsibility

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
