Pros

Great for students who want to go to PT school. Flexible schedules. Coworkers are friendly and helpful. Some PTs will actually teach you a thing or two. Nice bonuses and social events. Patients are wonderful to work with (but not all). You gain a lot of interpersonal and customer service skills.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. It can be a very fast paced environment and you work with a lot of patients and do a lot of what the PTs are supposed to do. On the other hand, when it's slow you end up doing a lot of cleaning. Bottom line: you don't get paid much for all the work you do.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
