      Pros

      This position gives you a great look into pursuing PT. It helps develop one's multitasking skills, as well as establishing relationships with the patients that you work with. Everyone I have worked with has been kind and always look to help if you ask questions.

      Cons

      There is plenty of turnover in the business, which can be looked at both ways. It seems that there is some mismanaging when it comes to communication, as I have been told the same thing by multiple people about doing tasks certain ways. Sometimes I feel like I am being belittled in correcting any tasks that I have done done quite right in that sense.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      Pros

      Having a good clinic with good colleagues and management will make this job feel great! The jobs aren't super hard, and the patients are very entertaining and sweet.

      Cons

      Bad management/colleagues or a horrendously busy schedule can break the entire experience.
