Pros
They create and are at the forefront of marketing campaigns toward diversity and inclusive of different women sizes, skin tones. Also shows women's athletes are more than one-dimensional people.
Cons
The reality of this company is very different at a store level. They will only open locations that cater to white affluent neighborhoods. Where they do not need to put into practice what they preach. I have never once felt seen and heard as an employee and felt at times psychologically unsafe. They only see employees as a name and number. Where it is how many credit cards can they open. Not what they can bring to the organization. Upper management would rather be on a zoom call or working from home. Then connecting with their people, customers, and community.
