Pros
The benefits are good. In addition, the customer service department is top notch. Senior Medical Science Consultants are also extremely good, and add value to what we do on a daily basis.
Cons
Very micro managed. What you are told in training and what is reality in the field are 2 different things. The Midwest is horribly mis-managed, with more reports to send in than selling time. There truly is no quality of life/work/life balance
