      Very nice coworkers, sometimes competitive salaries and a nice workspace

      Cons

      Check the reviews on the Weather Analytics LLc Glassdoor before working here. The merger and the appointment of Bill Perdue as the CEO is a huge negative. He is very good at persuading people but a TERRIBLE person to work for.

      Flexible & customizable hours, anyone with a basic knowledge of computers and the ability to follow directions can be taught how to do it, I had a great experience with my supervisor

      Cons

      contract-based, and sometimes there's no work to be had for part-time annotators.
