It's unfortunate you feel this way and even more so that you believe sales is the foundation to our company, to which it absolutely is not. As with any company in any industry, sales is necessary, otherwise the company would not survive. We have never, nor will ever hide the fact sales is a part of the company. Thank you for your feedback and good luck with all that you do.

Pros

If you're into an exciting work environment this is perfect! I love my entire team. It's all merit based so what you put in is what you get out. The management team is very relatable and friendly as well as the admin!

Cons

The only downside would be if you weren't wanting to put in the work it takes to actually make it to management.

Pros

A positive, exciting environment where others help each other grow and learn. The employees are phenomenal and have a great work ethic and student mentality. I did learn a wonderful system to use in every day life.

Cons

This is a scam, I was never told in the interview that I would be walking door to door selling something that I know nothing about. My training was a joke, I was never given actual product knowledge which makes me feel that they don't have many rights to the product. Management staff was incredibly pompous and arrogant. They never explained to me what I would be doing just that management was something I would be doing in the "near future". They expect their employees to get dressed to impress for two hours to stand in a hot box of a training room that has no air circulation nor chairs to basically get excited for the day by yelling and clapping. Then once that is over, you change into casual clothes and walk door to door in areas that are sketchy and as a female you should be accompanied by a male or not he out after dark, but that is not the case. You are expected to be ok with areas that are dangerous and not fear the people you encounter.
