Pros

Macbook Pet insurance Weekly pay Remote work

Cons

Everything else outside of the Pros mentioned. If you are only starting in VA work they provide good training on limited topics. However once matched to a client the nightmare begins. And it's not with the client but with Athena. They demand more reporting, updates and even referal or upsells to XPs instead of focusing their effort to serving the client. A lot of CPMs act knowledgeable but it's all air. Push comes to shove they're unable to coach, teach and mentor their XPs effectively. Upper management still try to instill a BPO management approach which doesn't work hasn't work since day 1 and still doesn't until today. Promotion, performance reviews and increases are all subjective. Key point here is if you can stay away, stay away. Not worth the effort and your peace of mind

Pros

Pay was good, simple and fast sale, Tons of inbound. Too good to be true…

Cons

Little training or organization. As a new hire was able to do really well in a short period of time but was part of mass lay off 6 days before Christmas. Layoff was handled terribly. Still waiting to get reimbursed for shipping cost for returning company equipment. I regret applying here and it really screwed up my life. The leadership is both incompetent and cruel.
