      Pros

      Good pay, a focus on employee development. Able to adopt new ideas and programs that support employee efficiency. Fantastic safety program for all staff and operations. Benefits package, flex time and a clear remuneration review program.

      Cons

      Council was too involved with staff through sub committees. Incidents of staff bullying and manipulation by council. Time to implement the succession plan for the exit of senior staff.

      Very good co-workers and working atmosphere. Benefits and pay are good for a job at the municipal level.

      Cons

      The pandemic has caused new management to lose potential strength it had to provide leadership to the organization. As a result many are leaving their positions for other work.
