      The team at Aternity is wonderful, everyone is willing to help and move things forward. The company is still young with a lot of opportunity to grow and develop your career.

      Cons

      There’s a lot to do, so if you don’t like moving fast, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Aternity is in the process of spinning out of Riverbed technology, and is rekindling it's entrepreneurial roots- things are moving fast in a culture where diverse opinions are valued and every voice can be heard.

      Cons

      Still shaking off some of the old ways, but new management and a growing team are helping!
