      Really nice coworkers. Great people to work with. But that is it.

      Cons

      Awful leadership, no direction, leaders change every 6 months( I had 3 bosses in a year and a half.) I wouldn't recommend working here.

      The job is gratifying; we truly help people in their time of need. The work description is completely accurate.

      Nothing to be honest, i have been with Atento for more than 6 months and from recruiting to production everything has been phenomenal.
