      Cons

      - Long working hours till late evenings (minimum 10-12 hours per day) - Will ask to work on weekends and holidays - Can deduct salary/reduce salary anytime - Won't give relieving letter post resignation - No full and final settlement post resignation - Harass and threaten employees

      Pros

      You can basically make your own schedule, go in when you want and do what you want.

      Cons

      SCAM SCAM SCAM... Yes you have your own schedule but the managers are not good managers they have no experience in sales and you can totally tell they are a SCAM. I did not make any money for months while working there. They sit in the office and talk all day THAT'S IT! If you want a career I suggest you go somewhere else! This is a DOOR TO DOOR business you need to drive your own car and waste your gas!!!

      Was willing to give designers their head.

      No idea what it took to make a game and castigatedthe designers when they tried to educate the ceo.
