The product team is small but very efficient. Everyone on the team is so empathetic and works towards the same goal. The product is a very comprehensive supply chain management tool. You will have chances to work on many different type of features, such as products management, orders, shipments, business intelligence and so on.

Lack of resources. But with the new hires in the last 6 months, especially the tech leads and head of product, I can see the company is heading the right direction.

Have you ever changed your field of research completely? If the answer is yes, you might agree that the pros and cons for different types of roles differ, and saying that is a complete truth. I've been working for the company for more than three years and have witnessed different stages of growth. However, I have to admit that it was always about going forward instead than making business manoeuvres in different directions. Therefore I am ready to name the first of the pros I found working for Atelier Technology - solid company strategy. The second would be the company culture - even though employees must still accept and embed the values into our daily routine. These values are defined, and they are just an outcome of the people that form this company. The third and leading for me is the knowledge I can gain from working with colleagues from different parts of the world. Are there any cons to working for Atelier Technology - yes, and the first would be you have to work. But putting the jokes aside, every company has pros and cons. So my list of cons is as follows: -Overtime (but sometimes we have to accept the challenge as this is highly rewarded); -Management has to cover multiple roles inside the company (I can see the change and appreciate all the challenges the leaders face);
