- Values are a smoke screen, they are quite optional and not applied in the day to day life. - While the president is accessible, he has no idea what's going on in teams and how much they suffer or not - Almost no place for growth. They will hire people from outside rather than consider you and your potential. They have more to gain by keeping you in the same role forever. - Unwilling to get rid of super toxic clients that made people flee this place like rats on a sinking ship - For a company this fun, the turnover rate is totally scandalous.
