Pros
I was able to negotiate a decent salary since benifits were not included. The weather is very nice in Northern California.
Cons
If their (one) customer knew what went down at this company, they would run screaming. This is a company that is making it up as they go along. They have survived on charm up to this point, but have no idea what they are doing, and have grown to the point where charm just wont cut it. Severe deficiencies in the leadership from the corporate office. Most of the emplyees in the field loathe the senior leadership, but keep quiet. The rules change everyday, as decisions are made on whims. You are rarely correct or successful because what was right yesterday, is wrong today. There is zero training. They pay well, but for that pay they expect you to be shovel ready, which is completely unreasonable. You are just expected to know what to do, and you are chastised when you dont know something that you were never instructed on in the first place. Its beyond infuriating. This is the worst place in the world to be employed.
