Pros

- Every day is a new day with new and complex problems to solve, you're allowed to use your skillset to solve them however you think is best - The team are amazing people who are there to help with any issues at all - The company is still small but growing, so teams aren't siloed - you get a chance to talk with everyone - Completely remote so no commute - For team members there is a great opportunity to travel to some amazing events and shows throughout the year - Team meet ups once a year - my first year I was taken to Thailand

Cons

- Because the company is small with big ambitions the workload can get overwhelming at times - At times there can be some long hours to try and get work out
