Pros

There is so much room to grow, I am not the same person I was a year ago, and I was a different person a year before that...and the year before that etc. Being here has molded me into what I am today. The company culture has created an amazing team across all departments. Working fully remote, you are trusted to get your job done. As long as you're reachable during work hours, you can do your work whenever you want, but it needs to be on time and to a high standard. You get to build, sell, market a platform that is truly innovating and at the fore-front of the industry.

Cons

You are sometimes expected to do things that are not in your job description, but if you're a right fit Atarim, you'd see this as a pro. Salary increases could be better, although processes are in place to make that happen on a yearly basis now based on performance. Work-life balance is sometimes out of wack, but again this is to be expected if you want to grow at a company like this, don't apply if you want the standard 9-5.
