      No pros to say anything about this company

      Cons

      - Poor management- lack of communication from both ( Management and Corporate) -The company does not pay its employees on time due to no funds. Red Flag on my book! Yet, they have enough money to hire people in the main office. - The company shows too much favoritism and HR is useless to pay attention on what's going in the workplace ( the whole dept and the manager they currently have)

      Pros

      The jobs are basic and somewhat easy. The manager's are helpful and hands on. The pay is decent.

      Cons

      You may not see a raise in 5 to 7 years. There is no sick days, and really nowhere to progress up the latter.
