I worked ATAGO from 2021-2022 and my experience at ATAGO at service department was positive. Sadly, I had to go back to Japan because of my VISA. I was always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new for service department. Everybody was nice and friendly. I also enjoyed every company events. ATAGO is small company, so everybody was like family.

Atago is high brand, so we have to dress up like professional.

You need to follow strict Japanese business rules like time management and email etiquette including business dress code. If you are doing bare minimum just to get the job done, you are not great fit for the company. Each department has their own projects and you must bring your passion and own ideas.
