Pros
Ataccama values people for their skill and attitude. It does not matter whether you have university degree or certifications. It does not matter whether you are man/woman/tall/short, what language you are speaking or who is your family. They gave me opportunity to work for them when I was still studying (and I was studying different thing that they employed me for). And during the course of my career they always gave me the opportunity to do what I do best or what I think can help company the most. I started as QA, went through support role, full stack developer, technical consultant, project manager, and finally role in product management. They value skill and talent over connections and seniority. If you have it, you can get on top fast. Or stay where you are, that's fine too. Ataccama has strong employee culture that is not easy to define. You will need to fit in. Once you do, these people will be more like family than anything else. I strongly recommend this company, does not matter what opportunity you seek.
Cons
If you want something, you need to ask for it. There are no pre-defined career paths or definition of seniority. This is not easy for people that are used to rigid corporate structures or for generally shy/introverted people.
