Pros

The company has a good mission and has made positive impacts at some clients. I worked with a great group of teammates. There are glimmers of hope and potential. Atsite needs to understand what it's good at and then execute on those principles.

Cons

The company is a revolving door. At least 2-3 experienced people leave (or are dismissed without notice from) the company each month. Which means at a 40 person organization its essentially a completely new company every 12 months. Some positions have had 2 or 3 people in-and-out within the last 8 months alone. The methods of reporting value to clients is at best questionable and at worst unethical. Account reps will intentionally mislead, misrepresent, or be dishonest to clients about performance and savings. The irony is that a company stressing sustainability and long term success for their clients is acting extremely short sighted and using unsustainable practices with respect to people, processes and technology. Note that a few high reviews showed up on the same day... just days after this review landed. This is the kind of company youre dealing with. You can do better if youre going to try and game the review system. See the point above about ethics. Also as a potential new recruit keep in mind that at AtSite if you are a current employee and you were to write a bad review on this site, management would cut you loose.

Feedback from current and former employees is not only welcome, it is an integral part of our culture and how we maintain a collaborative and team oriented environment. While the comments here are not factual, we understand that our relentless focus on excellence and continued growth may create performance expectations that are difficult for some to achieve.
