Pros
- It is completely remote with flexible working hours. - All of my colleagues are nice, intelligent people and easy to work with. - Most of the management have background in software development so you can communicate on more technical matter easy with them and they understand well the process of development. - The salary is good. - Enough benefits, but not too much (I personally prefer less benefits and larger salary so I can choose what to spend it on, instead of having a lot of benefits that I am not using.) - The product is interesting to work on, and there are always improvements and new features. - Uses Agile with Scrum - The work management is good.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any cons for now, besides that it might be had to get a salary raise. Every 6 months the team leads can suggest a few people of their teams for a raise but they might not be approved. So if you start on a good salary, don't expect to get a raise in the next 1-2 years. But I guess that is kind of normal and expected.
