Pros
The company has an incredible management team who are successful startup veterans with a growth/learning/transparency mindset, and everybody working at AtScale is working in concert toward the same end goal. Truly collaborative environment with a "no such thing as a stupid question" approach to learning.
Cons
Team is still ramping up at this point so sometimes launching an initiative becomes an exercise in peeling an onion to get everything in order, but that's to be expected.
