      Pros

      Open office with company wide transparency. Meeting or exceeding rev targets and customer expectations. The ability for an employee to "scale" their career. Historically successful tech folks from top to bottom.

      Cons

      Normal pains from any young, rapid growth start up, which has been offset by success thus far so not much cons yet.
