      Pros

      You control your paycheck and they really do everything to help you. You get continued training to help you succeed including Master Classes weekly.

      Cons

      They are strict but honestly that's a pro in my book. It keeps me and my staff in line and helps us produce the most for ourselves and our guests. Without it we would be useless.

      The people are amazing, the job itself is super easy

      Pay kinda isn't the best but it is what it is and you have a chance to make a lot of commission
