I suppose the advantage of small companies such as this is the lack of structure, allowing ideas to be easily entertained, even if with little or no foresight involved.
Cons
Poor compensation, poor benefits, management never praise you for good work, but you will definitely hear about your mistakes, and be constantly reminded of it.
