Pros
Very welcoming environment. You can tell everyone on the team enjoys working there and enjoys each other's company. I directly reported to Manufacturing Lead as well as the CEO, both great guys and were very willing to help me in any challenge I faced (so long as they had the time). I enjoyed my time here, and the experiences I gained as a young aspiring Engineer.
Cons
The internship didn't have specific structure, which was expected, they are a newer company. Only towards the end when I was given a project did I come into work knowing what to do, before that I had to wait around for my boss to let me know what I was doing, when I finished, I had to wait again for the next thing. Normal stuff, but I definitely felt unproductive a good bit, which others might like, but for an internship I wanted to learn as much as fast as possible.
