Pros

Pay is aligned with the industry and the hybrid work schedule is nice.

Cons

The technology stack feels significantly behind competitors in the HR/payroll industry and largely resembles systems built in the mid/late 2000s. Teams are consistently overworked, and senior leadership frequently yells at and harshly criticizes managers on company calls. Employee churn across the organization is extraordinarily high. Little to no room for career growth or promotion.

Pros

Strong industry compensation plan and Benefits, Initially solid sales leadership at Director level that recruited strong talent. Strong HR Consulting platform

Cons

Absolutely no direction in company sales strategy. Company pivots sales strategy every two months and then goes crazy trying to understand why sales are suffering. Further, it favors empowering account managers and inside sales all opps while leaving outside sales to fend for itself with little to no marketing to back up. Add, payroll/HCM platform carries a horrible reputation in marketplace for implementation and service.
